Windsor Hotel Conference Venues

We have three unique conference rooms for you to choose from that can host from 10 to 50 guests. They are ideal for conferences, workshops and private functions. These rooms have reverse-cycle remote controlled air-conditioning, tea and coffee facilities and large sliding doors to let in plenty of natural light.

 

Natural light can be blocked out for media presentations and there is ample artificial lighting fitted throughout.Adjoining balconies overlook the Brisbane International – Windsor grounds, great for relaxing and socialising during lunch.

Facilities

Brisbane International –Windsor has three function rooms, a traditional-style Italian restaurant and a picturesque courtyard. Each site is individual in its layout and style, to reflect your personality and needs.

We can provide hosting services for small groups, from as few as two guests, to larger groups of up to 50 guests.

Our catering services are equipped to feed and pamper your conference events, no matter the size. All meals and appetisers are prepared fresh and on-site by our experienced team of chefs. We are also happy to offer specialty catering for any guests with specific dietary needs.
